Waverley Retirement Activities Group Inc. (WRAG)

WRAG started in 1974 when a group of friends initiated a community to enjoy time together post retirement.

On 1st October 1986, the group was incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981, as

Waverley Retirement Activities Group Inc.

The primary aim of the incorporation is to provide its members a community to grow together, to enjoy activities that they are unable to do on their own. WRAG offers several activities under the sponsorship of Monash Council, through the use of community centers, in particular, the Mulgrave Southern Reserve at 27 Rupert Drive Mulgrave, for Badminton, Table Tennis and now Pickleball has been added to our weekly activities. Occasionally we do add in Line Dancing at the end of our Tuesday afternoon sessions and karaoke if anyone is interested to join in the fun,

We invite new ideas and new activities with this aim for our members to come out of social isolation, stay active, learn new experiences, make new friends and stay connected. We would love to hear from you, how we can make WRAG a great experience for all our members and the seniors in our community.
